CUSTOM ADU

Jake and Ali recently completed their own ADU as an owner builder. Jake completed all the electrical, and other trades that he was familiar with. Ali worked to manage the budget, coordinate subcontractors and inspections.

With their experience building their own ADU Jake is able to spot potential conflicts much earlier and coordinate with the GC or Owner.

PATIO LIGHTING AND POWER

As part of this project Essential Electric ran an additional circuit from the main panel to the new gazebos for outdoor lights, and appliances. Due to the nature of the project the electrical was exposed, thus it needed to be watertight and within EMT.
